This collection has been published under the agreement between CERIF and the Court of Auditors. With its educational focus, this work facilitates access to the basic texts governing public finances in Senegal. In addition, this book provides insight into the restructuring of legal systems through the constitutionalization and internationalization of public finances. This transformation of the sources of public finance law enriches the standards to which the Court refers in the exercise of its duties.
Under the coordination of
- Abdou Aziz Daba Kébé, Professor of Public Law, Director of CERIF, Head of the Department of Public Law, and President of the Senegalese Association of Constitutional Law (ASDC).
- Dr. Lamine Koté, Doctor of Public Law, Associate Professor at Cheikh Anta DIOP University in Dakar and Secretary General of CERIF.
- Samba Vital NESSE, PhD candidate in law
