About us... 

The Center for Studies and Research in Legal and Financial Engineering (CERIF) was created in December 2017. It is a non-profit scientific association. It brings together members from various backgrounds (university professors, professionals, researchers, civil society, etc.).

CERIF is a structure that monitors, alerts, and supports the State, local authorities, public institutions and other public bodies, political parties, civil society organizations, and citizens on issues relating to public law in general and public finances in particular.

Latest Release

This collection has been published under the agreement between CERIF and the Court of Auditors. With its educational focus, this work facilitates access to the basic texts governing public finances in Senegal. In addition, this book provides insight into the restructuring of legal systems through the constitutionalization and internationalization of public finances. This transformation of the sources of public finance law enriches the standards to which the Court refers in the exercise of its duties.
