On 27 March 2026, the ADL concluded a major training programme aimed at building the capacity of its staff.
These training sessions focused in particular on:
- project management (planning, steering, evaluation)
- human resources management (organisation, management, performance)
👉 They were organised in collaboration with CERIF, with a view to professionalising local government.
